Cancellation / Returns Policy

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. SZS reserves the right to refuse sending goods to a third party address other than that registered to your payment method.

You have 30 calendar days from the time of receiving the goods to return any products that were no longer required or ordered in error. In this instance your returned items must be in the same condition as delivered, undamaged and retain all original packaging.

Items that were damaged in transit should be rejected on delivery, however if it is not noticed at this time then you must report the damage to SZS with accompanying photographic evidence within 1 day of receiving delivery. At this point SZS will take any reasonable actions to repair or replace damaged goods in a timely manner. Damage reported after 1 day cannot be entertained so we urge customers to check their order immediately after delivery.

All products offered by SZS are covered under the manufacturers own warranty unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase, commencing from the date you received the items. Please note that the item must be received by SZS within 30 calendar days for the refund to be accepted, therefore we urge our buyers to have the parts fitted as soon as they received the order. This warranty will be null and void if there is evidence of incorrect use or fitment that may directly or indirectly have lead to the components failure. SZS reserves the right to review this policy without given reason, in this instance your statutory rights will not be affected. In case you return an item considered as faulty, SZS will not be responsible for any associated costs spent on mechanics and / or testing.

If for any reason you are not in agreement with the above outlined policy, please return your order to SZS within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. If the items are not returned we will assume your acceptance of all policies outlined above.

Warranty

All products sold are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee except where stated otherwise. You should register or complete and return all warranty documentation upon receipt of the goods purchased (where appropriate). Warranty covers the affected part only, not subsequent failures.

SZS will deal directly with the manufacturer in raising a warranty claim on your behalf but accepts no liability for loss or expenses caused by the raising of a warranty claim.

Before returning an item for Warranty please contact us first for return authorisation.

In addition to the aforementioned terms for returned goods, items returned for warranty are subject to the following conditions:

  • SZS does not accept liability for any cost incurred during the fitting or removal of parts subject to the warranty claim.

  • The specific manufacturer of a part subject to a warranty claim is responsible for the assessment and testing of the part.

  • The manufacturer reserves the right to decline a warranty claim if it is established that there is no fault, or that any fault present is the result of incorrect fitting or unreasonable handling.
